Frazer’s Customz operates as a print-on-demand store. All products sold on our website are pre-designed and produced only after an order is placed.

No Refund Policy

At this time, Frazer’s Customz does not offer refunds or returns. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment partner (Printful) for production. Production begins shortly after checkout and orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Production or Fulfillment Issues

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Each issue will be reviewed in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies, and a replacement may be issued where appropriate.

Incorrect Size or Address

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and shipping address at checkout. Frazer’s Customz is not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size or shipments sent to an incorrect address.
