1. No Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand)

All products sold through Frazer’s Customz are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. Due to the personal and unique nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been submitted.

2. Ownership of Custom Designs

Customers who upload or submit their own designs confirm they have full rights to use the content. Frazer’s Customz does not claim ownership of your design, but we reserve the right to refuse any content that is offensive, stolen, or violates copyright laws.

3. Variations Disclaimer

Because all items are printed individually, there may be minor variations in color, placement, or size of artwork. These are natural with print-on-demand and do not qualify as defects.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the item is in production, we are unable to make any adjustments or provide refunds.

5. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will investigate and offer a replacement if needed. Photos of the damage will be required.

6. Agreement to These Terms
